1968 MISC was incorporated as a national shipping agency.

1987 MISC Berhad was converted into public limited company.

1990 MISC Haulage Services Sdn Bhd (MHS) was incorporated, began its operations in March
    1991 at Port Klang.

1992 MISC Trucking & Warehousing Services Sdn. Bhd. (MTW) is a wholly owned subsidiary of
    MISC Bhd that commenced operation to provide cargo handling, consolidation, distribution and
    other warehouse related services. MTW operates as a one-stop transport service incorporating
    both trucking and warehousing that deliver complete point-to-point cargo transportation.

1998 Petronas acquired majority shareholding of MISC Berhad.

2001 MILS was formed in 2001 and it is an important part of MISC vision to be the preferred
    provider of world-class maritime transportation and integrated logistics services.

                                                                                         

2004 MILS subsidiaries, MTW and MHS success in achieving the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and
    OHSAS 18001 in December.

2004 North Africa, JV operations which MILS started the business with 300 trucks.

2005 MILS started a new office at Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia (July - JV with PT Bumi
    Indonesia).

2005 MTW was absorb into MILS as a service division providing Freight Forwarding and
    Warehousing services.
